I stumbled across this image on Pinterest and was immediately in love! It was cozy but elegant and warm! It’s not over done or trying too hard but still captures the coziness of the season.

Start off with a classic “holiday” Evergreen garland on the mantle to usher in the cozy warm cottage look. Maybe you use live greenery or you can grab one from just about anywhere. Even if you use a faux garland, feel free to forage your yard for some extra greenery, pinecones, or berries to spruce up the garland.
